Laziness, activate!
There's absolutely no shading, and a lazy, gradient-induced background! 
But I'm proud of not getting the wings totally wrong: in fact, I went to several tutorials to make sure I didn't get them wrong (although I'm sure I did anyways. 
) Well, my Christmas present to ~leonathegriffin won't be as awesome as hers to mine, so hopefully, this'll make up for the non-awesomeness! 8D (Man: I use awesome too much. 
)
Anyways, her character, Leona (the Griffin, in case you didn't know
) draws her power from the sun, so... I guess this is what happens when she's getting a tan... or something. :I
